Amber Pickett Dahm, Founder & CEO
Amber is the founder of White Pickett Fence Services, LLC.
Amber acquired her real estate licensed in 2015. She joined a high volume real estate team one month later. In the three years that followed she closed anywhere from 25-35 transactions each year! She gathered an expertise in working with buyers with a large portion of that volume being foreclosure properties. Amber has since moved to Georgia from South Florida and White Pickett Fence Services, LLC was born. Her vision for this company is to support agents virtually to allow them to be present with clients and grow their business faster and bring their clients customer service experience to a new level.
Amber currently resides in Atlanta GA with her dream husband Daniel, two dogs and 12 chickens. In her spare time Amber loves lifting weights, going to church and being outside on her bike or on a hike!
Jami Jones, TC
Jami moved to Central Florida from Coeur d’Alene, Idaho and has a bachelor’s degree in Communications and Marketing from Gonzaga University. She has been in the business of “People” for over 20 years, with a background in Administration and Sales. She joined the world of Real Estate about 6 years ago by becoming the Transaction Coordinator for a high-volume team of 10 agents. When her daughter was born, she realized she wanted to be home with her and not away all day, so she took over an independent Transaction Coordination Business to make that happen and continued to grow it until moving to Florida. Her success is due largely to her attention to detail, people skills, hard work and honesty.
Johanna Romero, TC
Johanna moved to South Florida in 2017 from Savannah, GA, where she was a legal secretary for civil trial litigation and criminal attorneys. She has been a legal secretary for over 20 years and is fully bilingual.
Johanna Romero joined the real estate world in 2018. Prior to becoming a transaction coordinator Johanna was a paralegal assisting in drafting legal documents and conducting exploratory researches. All of Johanna’s experience as a paralegal primed her for success in the real estate world. Since entering the real estate world Johanna has closed over 1,000 transactions making her a wealth of knowledge for her clients!
Johanna brings a unique perspective to the real estate transaction ensuring that all I’s are dotted and T’s are crossed. She takes pride in providing top notch customer service for everyone involved in the transaction making it as smooth of a process as possible from contract to close. When Johanna isn’t working hard from home you can find her enjoying the outdoors with her family and dogs Layla & Luna.
Johanna is also our bilingual English and Spanish speaking TC!
Vanessa 'Nessy' Parengit, TC
For Vanessa (Nessy), real Estate has been a passion since childhood. Nessy owned her first home at the age of 18 and then flipped her first property at the age of 20. Since then, she has owned and managed several of her own properties. Prior to working in real estate, Nessy had a successful career working as a Senior Human Resources Manager in the Retail & Hospitality and Sport & Entertainment industry for 25+ years. She has always believed in building lasting relationships and creating the BEST experience possible!
Nessy and her husband, along with 4 of their 6 children, live in San Diego. When she is not working, Nessy enjoys cooking, baking, going to the pool or beach, hiking, and just hanging out at home gardening.
Jacquie Sullivan, TC
Jacquie moved to Florida 22 years ago from California, where she earned her BA in Business Management with a minor in Administration of Justice from St. Mary's College. In addition to her BA, she holds a Florida Teaching Certificate for grades K-6.
In California, Jacquie worked at both software and hardware companies (HP, AMD, Synopsys), managing their safety and security programs. In Florida, she bought several rental properties and personally managed them while substitute teaching at the local charter school. She did independent TC work for two years before joining the WPF Team.
In her free time, Jacquie loves to read mystery/thrillers and binge Science Fiction and Crime dramas with her 17-year-old daughter, the youngest of 5 children. She resides in Central Florida with her husband, two youngest children, and two dogs.
Stephanie Rose, TC
Stephanie was born and raised in Atlanta, GA and has a degree in Finance from Jacksonville State University. Stephanie began her career as an underwriter for PNC bank which led her to a 20+ year career as an underwriter for the Dept of Veteran Affairs. Stephanie is married to a real estate associate broker who serves both the FL and GA markets. She acquired her real estate license in 2016 to assist him with his transactions. She found her passion behind the scenes supporting agents with the transaction instead of negotiating deals. Stephanie began working with agents as a TC in Georgia which led to supporting a brokerage of agents in FL. Stephanie loves the hustle of real estate and assisting her agents to get their contracts to close as smoothly as possible.
Stephanie resides outside Atlanta, GA with her husband, 4 kids, and 2 dogs. Stephanie loves hanging out with her family, going to church, watching Braves baseball, and Florida Gator football.
Lindsey Etingoff, internal operations
Lindsey is a native South Floridian. She spent two years attending the University of Kentucky but missed the Sunshine State so returned to complete her degree at Florida Atlantic University. After six years growing and developing professionally under various department heads, including Human Resources, she took some time off to spend with her two beautiful daughters.
Lindsey joined WPF in 2021 and brings her organizational and task management skills to the team. When not working, Lindsey loves planning date nights with her husband and taking family trips to Disney.
