Transaction Coordinator

Expectations
WPF provides only the highest quality service to our valued Agents. Our TCs are responsible for making their Agent's transactions seamless. Our ideal candidates will be invested in long term relationships with their Agents and with WPF.
Qualifications
-1+ years TC experience or real estate background
-Positive mindset & desire to help others
-Self starter and “I got this attitude”
-Resourceful problem solver who’s not afraid to ask for guidance
-Highly organized with attention to detail
-Familiar with google products such as google docs, google drive, and google sheets
-Experience with compliance systems, e-signature systems and transaction management systems
-Available to work a 40 hour workweek
-Team player
-Amazing communication
-Impeccable customer service
-Time Management skills
Compensation
WPF team members are 1099 contractors. We offer a competitive pay structure. Our TCs are consistently offered the support and opportunity to grow their income.

Expectations
Our Jr. Transaction Coordinators have the backs of our amazing TCs. We are looking for Jr. TCs who would like to have a long term relationship with WPF and we are willing to train the right people who we see this potential in.
WPF Jr. TCs are responsible for, but not limited to:
-Opening Files in TC software
-Separating and submitting docs for compliance
-Closing out files using Airtable
-Data entry
-Navigating and working within Google Drive
Qualifications
-Real estate office experience or virtual assistant experience
-Reliable self starter with a positive attitude
-Prompt attention to tasks and excellent time management skills
-Highly organized and detail oriented
-Available to work up to a 40 hour workweek
-Team player
-Amazing communication, including asking for guidance and clarification as needed
