-Audit paperwork and submit for compliance

-Ensure lease is provided to tenant and fully executed

-Submit commission/Pay at close

-Ensure listing is updated in mls

-Coordinate keys/funding exchange

-Provide HOA application to tenant/tenant's agent and follow up on application and approval
